01 - 13.02.2009, 11:04 As all MS suffers know we all suffer with constipation. I have found a good cure, eat pears, I have only ate pears in syrup in a jar from the supermarket and boy does that work. It keeps me regular which helps urinating, which is another problem as we all know. Anyway a tip that has been working for me in the last two months. All the best and email me if you find that is helpful for you. |

02 - 24.02.2009, 12:06 I eat an orange with oatmeal for breakfast and have a salad with my lunch. If I miss either of those I have problems. I’ve been diagnosed for only a few months but have always leaned toward constipation, naturally. However, with the MS I have found that it is more extreme. The orange/salad does the trick. |

07 - 29.01.2011, 13:59 Cranberry juice or just pears is also great, I do not have diabetes so not sure what you can have. |

08 - 29.01.2011, 14:39 have you ever tried psyllium? it often helps with (mild) constipation, but also diarrhea or irritated bowel. in any case you should go and ask your doc for this might also be a symptom of ms. |
