I have made three attempts to try betaseron but each time I get in the middle of my seven 0.50 shots, I start to break out in hives. I don’t understand it since they are not near my injection sites. I am not having ANY other problems with the medication. I don’t want to change to Copaxone since those shots are everyday and appearantly are painful. I am also afraid of the tightness, trouble breaking, and heart palpitations that often come on after the injection for about 15 minutes. Has anyone else had problem with hives on Betaseron?
