Hi all

I’ve been ill since 2005 and have spent much of the past 4 years in and out of hospitals whilst doctors have tried to establish the cause of my problems.

MS had finally been confirmed late 2008 :-(

I live quite a distance from my closest relatives (telephonic/email correspondence mostly), so they are not involved in any of my care issues, nor do they know much of my actual symptoms and/or situation.

What I’d really appreciate, is your views/opinions as to whether I am obligated to inform them of my diagnosis, particularly from a "medical, family-history" perspective??
