Well let me start with Am I losing my mind? about a 1 1/2 yrs ago I wasnt feeling right I went to the er and told them of my symtoms; blurred vision,slight tremors, muscle spasms,weakness and pins & needles feelings in my legs and hands. They did a ct scan which revealed 2 lesions. I then was referred to a nuerologist who ordered and mri of my brain which again the same 2 lesions were present. My symtoms persisted except for the blurred vision that was an occasional problem.I was told it could possibly be ms.I then had the vision test and a c-spine mri which came back as normal. Now my symtoms include difficulty swallowing food, muscle weakness in arms and legs, muscle spasms, headaches, cronic fatigue,bladder urgency, constipation,short term memory loss,trouble concentrating and heat sensitivity. Recently my dr sent me for a spinal tap and well it came back negative as well. I have no new lesions just the origanal 2 with no growth. I know how I feel and I know I dont feel right. The only medication my doctor is treating me with is for the headaches. So now I am left with the question Am I crazy?......
I can surely relate. This all started for me in Feb. of this year. But, I have no lesions and haven’t yet done the spinal tap. I am sure it’s in my future, I go back to the neurologist the 19th.
hi dont think it all in ur head only u nows wat ur going through i am wheelchirbound and they are still saying i have then driffent ones are saying no i havent.i really fell for u as iam going through the same.they dont go through our pain our live with us i even find speaking a problem i now wat i wont to say but it comes out wrong lol i supose u have to have a good sence of humer if not u would be crying a lot ms and docters are not going to beat me so chin up and dont ever doubt ur self
