I have been diagnosed with MS for 5 years now and I get a lot of cramp in my right arm. My fiend says that i should try reflexology. Anybody tried this.

Can’t help you either on that one.
I suffer from alot of cramp aswell. In the feet and in the hand and fingers.
Magnesium is a great help.
give it a go.
Take care Paul

Reflexologoy is NOT mumbo jumbo. It should help the stiffness and pain if you can find a quilfied reflexoligest.
What reflexology is, is using pressure points thruout the body. It maybe on the feet or the hands or even the back or head. They apply pressure to the points which then releases cemicals to help the stiffness and pain. It sometimes take a few sessions to start noticing the diffrence, or you may notice it right away. Have you also thought about massage, it helps by releasing the toxins in your blood and flushes it out of the body. Just remeber with both procdures to drink lots of water afterwards. There is also another treatment called Rakki. This aligns your 7 Charks of the body which then puts you back in alignment. After a Rakki treatment you will come out feeling refreshed and better.

None of these are a waste of money some Ins. companys pays for them. Just rember go with an open mind and they will work faster and better. And you will need more than one treatment just like any other treatment.

Reflexology is basically where the whole body is mapped on your feet. It works with the idea that there are five energy flows in the body and you can work on certain reflex points on the foot which have corresponding organs etc. When I was training in it I actually did my friend and said theres an imbalance in your eye reflex is there something wrong. She said no but rang me the next day with conjunctivitus. Could be a coinsidence but the same happened with another mate who later found out she had ibs. Anyway even if it is mumbo jumbo it cant do any harm to try surely.??
The m.s specialist centre in my town actually offer reflexology as they feel it is of great benefit. Its wortha try surely even is just a chance to be pampered and relaxed??? x
